Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 8, 2026

Mr. Clean Pressure Washing operates pressurewash.la and an internal business management and publishing application used to manage customer service jobs, proposals, job check-ins, photos, videos, and business marketing content.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how information from Google services is handled, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

When you use our website or internal business application, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, service address, service request information, job notes, photos, videos, proposal information, and other information necessary to provide our services.

Our website and application may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security or application logs.

Google Account and Google API Data

Our application allows an authorized business user to connect certain Google services using Google OAuth.

Depending on the features the user authorizes, our application may access Google account or Google service information necessary to operate the requested feature.

This may include:

  • Basic Google authorization information and OAuth access tokens.
  • Google Business Profile account, location, and publishing permissions needed to publish approved business content, photos, or videos.
  • YouTube authorization through the youtube.upload permission for uploading videos to the authorized YouTube channel.
  • Google account identifiers necessary to maintain the authorized connection.

We do not receive or store the user’s Google password.

Google data is accessed only after the user expressly authorizes the requested permissions through Google’s OAuth consent process.

How We Use Google Data

Google user data is used only to provide features the authorized user requests.

For example, Google Business Profile permissions may be used to publish job-related media or business content to the authorized business profile.

YouTube authorization may be used to upload a video selected by the user to the authorized YouTube channel.

Our application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

We do not sell Google user data.

We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness, eligibility, or for surveillance purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Our application may use artificial intelligence services to help generate marketing content such as YouTube titles, descriptions, captions, and hashtags.

The AI content generator uses job and service information entered into our application, such as the type of service, city, public job notes, and business information.

Google account credentials and Google OAuth access tokens are not intentionally submitted to the AI content-generation service.

AI-generated content can be reviewed and edited by the user before it is published.

How We Store Google Authorization Data

OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored securely within our business application’s server environment so that authorized publishing features can operate.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect stored information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Access to the business application and connected publishing functions is limited to authorized users.

Sharing of Information

We may share information only when necessary to operate the services requested by the user.

This may include Google when using Google APIs, our website hosting and infrastructure providers, and service providers that assist with application functionality.

We do not sell or rent Google user data or personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We do not permit third parties to use Google user data for their own advertising purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our access to Google data is limited to the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy and authorized by the user.

Google requires apps to disclose how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared, and requires those practices to comply with its Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting Google Services

Users may disconnect Google Business Profile or YouTube from our application at any time.

Users may also revoke the application’s Google permissions through their Google Account security and third-party access settings.

After authorization is revoked, our application will no longer be able to access the affected Google service unless the user authorizes it again.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information and application records only for as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, legal obligations, security, and the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Google OAuth authorization information may be retained while a Google service remains connected.

Users may request deletion of their personal information or stored authorization information by contacting us.

When appropriate, we will delete or anonymize the requested information unless retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate business records.

Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable security measures intended to protect information transmitted to and stored by our systems.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access and misuse.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and internal business application are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, application features, or data practices change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
