These Terms of Service govern your use of pressurewash.la and the Mr. Clean Publisher application operated by Mr. Clean Pressure Washing. By using the website or application, you agree to these Terms.
Website and Business Services
pressurewash.la provides information about Mr. Clean Pressure Washing and allows users to request quotes, communicate about services, and access related business features. Service estimates, proposals, work orders, invoices, and signed agreements may contain additional terms that apply to a specific job. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the signed service agreement controls for that job.
Mr. Clean Publisher
Mr. Clean Publisher is a business publishing tool used to manage and publish approved service-job content. Authorized users may choose photos, videos, job details, titles, descriptions, captions, and hashtags before sending content to connected third-party services.
The application does not automatically upload a YouTube video unless an authorized user intentionally selects or supplies the video and initiates the upload action.
Google and YouTube Integration
Mr. Clean Publisher may connect to Google services through Google OAuth. When YouTube is connected, the application uses the YouTube upload permission to upload videos selected by an authorized user to the connected YouTube channel.
Use of YouTube through this application is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google’s applicable terms and policies. Users may revoke the application’s Google access through their Google Account permissions or disconnect the service from the application.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for content you choose to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide through the website or application. You must have the right to use and publish that content and must not use the website or application for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
Third-Party Services
The website and application may use or connect to third-party services, including Google, YouTube, Meta, hosting providers, and other technology providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. Mr. Clean Pressure Washing is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or other acts of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, business branding, original text, software interfaces, and other original materials provided by Mr. Clean Pressure Washing are owned by or licensed to Mr. Clean Pressure Washing. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
No Guarantee of Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website or application features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to every feature or third-party integration.
Disclaimer
The website and application are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Information on the website is for general business and service purposes and does not replace the specific terms of an accepted proposal or signed service agreement.
